Adam Glaser

Adam specializes in design and placemaking for innovators, entrepreneurs and university-corporate ecosystems. Based in Philadelphia, he is an award-winning architect and urban designer with over 30 years of experience on projects at the nexus of higher education, next-generation workplaces and innovation districts. Since 2000, Adam has led innovation-centered planning for several institutions including UC Berkeley, LBNL, Pennsylvania State University, and Wake Forest University. In 2017, BD acquired the DC-based incubator 1776, and Adam is currently leading the design of a new maker-industrial incubator space in Building 77 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
